What is GridForge?

GridForge is a structured workflow for writing outreach that doesn’t sound like AI slop. You give it clear inputs — who, why, and what you want — and it generates concise, professional drafts you can actually send.

Who is GridForge for?

Operators, founders, sales, and growth teams who care about clarity, not volume. If you want outreach that sounds intentional instead of desperate or generic, this is built for you.

What makes GridForge different?

Strong defaults, tight structure, and constraints that actually help. No “AI vibes.” No corporate word salad.

Is it only for email?

No. Email, LinkedIn DMs, follow-ups, and inbound replies are supported. Each message type has different rules for length, tone, and pacing.

How do I get better outputs?

Better inputs. Add one real relevance hook. Keep the objective singular. Constraints like “under 90 words” beat “make it better.”

What should I put in “Additional context”?

Facts that increase relevance: timing, constraints, references, or what the recipient actually cares about. One or two strong details beat a paragraph of fluff.

What is “message type”?

It tells GridForge how the message should behave. Email is more formal, LinkedIn is shorter, follow-ups assume context, inbound replies are direct.

How does the Bulk Generator work?

You upload a CSV. Each row equals one recipient. GridForge generates one message per row. You export the results and send them using your own system.

What headers does Bulk require?

name, company, title, email, notes, industry, goals, messageType

Why do bulk messages look generic?

Because the rows are generic. Bulk works when notes include a real hook: tool stack, hiring signal, expansion, or KPI pressure.

Does GridForge send emails for me?

No. GridForge generates drafts. Sending is your responsibility. If you automate delivery, do it properly.

Do you store my data?

Treat GridForge like any outbound tool. Don’t paste secrets or regulated data. Keep inputs aligned with your own policies.

Does GridForge guarantee replies?

No. Nothing does. GridForge improves clarity and relevance. Targeting, offer, and timing still matter.

Is AI-written outreach detectable?

Not when it’s short, specific, and grounded. The giveaway is generic praise, long intros, and over-polished corporate nonsense.
